Discount Horse Tack

Would you rather keep your horse…?
If you had the choice would you rather:
a) Keep him/her in a livery yard, a five minute drive away, where you got use of an indoor and outdoor school at a discounted rate.
There are staff that are always on hand to help, and you can buy hay and shavings straight from the yard.
b) Keep it in a stable in your back yard, which has an area that is plenty big enough for a couple of stables and a couple of rooms for feed/tack.
The field is a few minute walk away to turn him/her out into.
You could see him/her whenever you wanted, just look out the window! But you wouldn’t have the use of the schools.
Which would you pick?
It’s a tough choice because it sure would be nice to have the nice indoor and outdoor rings, especially in the winter when the footing in your field would be bad, or it’s raining or snowing. Personally, I prefer my horses at home, but I miss having an indoor in bad weather.
